Reed Consulting recognizes the sensitivity of the information our clients entrust to us. If you are a debt management prospect and you apply for a free quote, we need to know certain information, e.g., your employer name, your name, e-mail address, mailing address and possibly individual creditor information. This allows us to evaluate your current financial situation and present you with the best plan of action. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any reason. None of your personal or account information is stored online. Any information collected online is immediately transferred to our offline database for storage. Sensitive account information will be collected via mail from copies of the most current bills you send to us. The Reed Consulting Debt Management Program is only available for residents of the United States. Members must be US residents and must possess at least one United States bank account. All debts must be payable in US dollars. Reed Consulting will disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to 1) conform to law or comply with a legal process, 2) protect and defend the rights and property of Reed Consulting, Inc. or visitors to debtmgmtsolutions.org, 3) identify persons who may be violating the law, legal notice or the rights of third parties, and cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities. The Reed Consulting website contains links to other web sites. Reed Consulting is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Reed Consulting does not share any of the individual personal information you provide to us with the sites to which Reed Consulting links.
