How We Operate

We offer services to two distinct types of clients: students and small businesses.

Students

Our typical student is in his or her second or third year of college struggling with accounting concepts and applications. Other students use our tutoring services to advance their accounting knowledge in order to be well-prepared for university courses. Some students simply need a little extra help with difficult assignments, concept review, or help with exam preparation. In each case, we tailor our assistance to meet the individual needs of the student.

Businesses

We have been working with business owners in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington, since 2002. Business clients usually have one to ten employees. Once we assist clients with installing and implementing QuickBooks, we then continue to meet with them either monthly or quarterly to make sure financial reports are accurate and they reflect what's really happening in the business.

Our primary objective is to partner with clients to establish a long-term relationship and be a part of the client's team of professional advisors.

Our services range from administrative data entry through the year-end accounting cycle to business planning. Our specialty, however, is working with business owners to customize the QuickBooks accounting system to the unique needs of their operation.

We do not simply help the client generate numbers; we also help interpret the numbers and offer advice on how to improve business operations, and thus. improve profitability. Our goal is client success.
