How We Operate

We have been working with business owners in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington, since 2002. Our typical client usually has one to ten employees.

Once we assist clients with installing and implementing QuickBooks, we then continue to meet with them either monthly or quarterly, depending on the business needs. Our primary objective is to partner with clients to establish a long-term relationship and be a part of the client's team of professional advisors.

Our services range from administrative data entry through the year-end accounting cycle to business planning. Our specialty, however, is working with business owners to customize the QuickBooks accounting system to the unique needs of their operation.

After the system is installed and all designated staff is properly trained, our client has the option to meet with us either monthly or quarterly to make sure that their financial reports are accurate and that they reflect what's really happening in the business.

We do not simply help the client generate numbers; we also help interpret the numbers and offer advice on how to improve business operations, and thus … improve profitability.
