Are the services you offer performed at our place of business?
At Reed Consulting we believe in the virtual office concept. Typically we perform the work at our office; however, should there be a need to come to your office we will certainly do so. Clients can email, fax, phone, or express delivery their information and we respond promptly.

What accounting software do you support?
The majority of our clients are setup on QuickBooks or Peachtree.

Do you perform audits of financial statements?
No, we are strictly a bookkeeping and consulting firm. However, we are certainly willing to work with auditors to minimize client costs.

What are the costs for your services?
For new customers, we quote an hourly rate. Please call or e-mail us for more cost information.

Do you offer a fixed price contract?
Absolutely, we are happy to quote you a fixed price. However, we can best do that after the first period of activity. We are also happy to offer a customized maintenance program whereby clients can call for advice and assistance.
